While working at Zip|Send Act Business solutions integrated Zip|send's innovate technology into their contact management software. This integration allowed users to send real world gifts using only an online identity for the shipping address.

Phases:
This project included:

• Building out comps for the client to choose from
• Building an ACT branded catalog
• Integrating the Zip|Send checkout process into the ACT software
• Creating wizards to guide users through the purchasing process
• Flash instructional presentation
• Building program wizards that guided users through the purchasing process
