Sonic/RoxioSonic is the parent company for the more well known brand of Roxio. Just about every Hollywood DVD that you purchase uses Sonic Solutions technology to create it. Sonic has consumer products (which now fall solely under the Roxio brand), high end enterprise software (used for creating high volume Hollywood DVD's) and lastly their prosumer products for the medium to high end content producers. DVDit Pro falls under that prosumer product line.
